ani Ashmore brings to organizations 30 years of business experience including management, sales, training and consulting. After receiving her degree in data processing from Colorado State University, Jani’s early career included programming/ systems analysis, project coordination, and technical training. After gathering experience in management, sales and marketing, she chose to focus her talents in the areas of training and coaching/consulting.

Jani has facilitated workshops and consulting interventions to Fortune 1000 corporations in the U.S. as well as Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific. She has worked with the range of front-line employees to executives in such areas as Leadership, Sales, Communication Skills, Customer Service, Team Building, and Train-the-Trainer and has contributed to 1,000’s of people in 100’s of organizations.

Jani also has a keen interest in the behavioral sciences and human potential. In addition to other specific technologies, Jani has studied and practiced Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). She has been a trainer for such luminaries as Tony Robbins and Jack Canfield. She also coaches individuals to find balance in their work and personal lives. As a test of her own human potential, she has accomplished a black belt in Karate, run marathons, and among other things has proven herself as a firewalker.

As an author, Jani has co-written to 2 Amazon.com best-selling books, Success Secrets and Nothing But Net, and received the prestigious Quilly Award. She is also the author of Stop Managing Start Inspiring: Keys for Leaders to Bring Out the Best in Others. In 2015, Jani collaborated with 20 other women from around the world to launch the book Success University for Women.

With a unique combination of experience plus an enthusiasm for providing quality service, Jani’s clients have said her contributions to them and their organizations are notable. Jani resides in southern California.
